Welcome to GRO, a virtual reality multiplayer farming game developed and operated by AutoVRse, a trade name of TDW Technologies Private Limited, a company incorporated in Bengaluru, India ("AutoVRse", "Company", "we", "our", or "us").
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GRO, including the game application, any related websites (including https://grogame.com), services, features, content, and any associated community platforms operated by AutoVRse (collectively, the "Service").
BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, ACCESSING, OR USING THE SERVICE, OR BY CLICKING THE "I AGREE" BUTTON PRESENTED TO YOU AT GAME LAUNCH, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE AND DELETE THE GAME FROM YOUR DEVICE.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy (available at https://grogame.com/privacy-policy), constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AutoVRse.
The Game is licensed, not sold, to you. You do not acquire any ownership interest in the Game under these Terms.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
1.1. By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms and to comply with them.
1.2. If you are accessing the Service on behalf of a minor (as defined in Section 3 below), you represent that you are the minor's parent or legal guardian, and that you accept these Terms on their behalf and assume full responsibility for the minor's compliance.
1.3. Your continued use of the Service following any modifications to these Terms (as described in Section 22) constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
2. DEFINITIONS
In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
"AutoVRse", "Company", "we", "our", or "us": TDW Technologies Private Limited, a company incorporated in Bengaluru (Karnataka), India, operating under the trade name "AutoVRse".
"Digital Items": Virtual currencies (including Plucks, Grold, and Gems), virtual items, resources, cosmetics, or services available for acquisition or purchase within the Game.
"Game" or "GRO": The virtual reality game titled "GRO" (also known elsewhere in this context as "Farmlands"), including all software, updates, patches, expansions, and related content.
"Meta": Meta Platforms, Inc. and its affiliates, the operator of the Meta Quest platform and Meta Horizon Store.
"Outside Platforms": Third-party platforms associated with or used by AutoVRse in connection with the Service, including but not limited to Discord servers, social media accounts (Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube, TikTok), and community forums.
"Plucks": An in-game virtual currency within GRO.
“Grold”: An in-game virtual currency within GRO.
"Gems": An in-game virtual currency within GRO.
"Service": The Game, any related websites (including https://grogame.com), APIs, backend services, associated community platforms operated by AutoVRse, and all features, content, and functionality provided therein.
"User", "you", or "your": Any person who accesses or uses the Service.
"User Content": Any content of any kind that you submit to, create within, or transmit through the Service, including but not limited to voice chat, text chat, farm names, avatar customisations, gameplay clips, screenshots, feedback, and any communications on Outside Platforms in connection with the Service.
3. ELIGIBILITY AND AGE REQUIREMENTS
3.1. The Service is not available to children under the age of 10. In accordance with Meta's platform policies, no person under 10 years of age may access or use the Service under any circumstances.
3.2. Users aged 10 to 12 may access the Service only through a parent-managed Meta account that has been set up and is actively supervised by their parent or legal guardian, and only to the extent permitted by the applicable platform and applicable law.
3.3. Users aged 13 to 17 must have the consent of and be under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who has reviewed and agreed to these Terms. By permitting a minor to use the Service, the parent or legal guardian accepts joint responsibility for the minor's compliance with these Terms.
3.4. Users aged 18 or older may accept these Terms independently, provided they are of legal age to enter into binding agreements in their jurisdiction.
3.5. You represent that the age and date of birth information you provide during account registration is truthful and accurate.
3.7. AutoVRse reserves the right to request proof of age or parental consent at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where such proof is not provided or is found to be false.
4. ACCOUNTS
4.1. You may need to create or link an account through Meta to access certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4.2. Each account may only be used by a single individual. Account sharing, lending, or joint use of a single account by multiple persons is prohibited.
4.3. You must not sell, trade, gift, transfer, or otherwise assign your account to any other person, whether for compensation or otherwise.
4.4. You must notify AutoVRse immediately at gamesupport@autovrse.in if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
4.5. If a parent or legal guardian creates or consents to a minor's account, they accept joint responsibility for the minor's use of the Service and compliance with these Terms.
4.6. Creating or using alternate accounts to circumvent a suspension, ban, or any other enforcement action constitutes an independent and separate violation of these Terms.
5. LICENSE TO USE THE GAME
5.1. Subject to your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms, and provided that you meet the eligibility requirements in Section 3, AutoVRse grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial use on a compatible device, strictly in accordance with these Terms.
5.2. You shall not:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post, or transmit the Game in any form, except as expressly permitted by this license.
License, sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, distribute, publish, host, exploit, or otherwise make the Game available to any third party.
Modify, translate, adapt, merge, or create derivative works or improvements of the Game, whether or not patentable.
Disassemble, decompile, reverse compile, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive or gain access to the source code of the Game or any part thereof.
Access the Game in order to build a similar or competitive product, game, or service.
Remove, delete, alter, or obscure any trademarks, copyrights, patents, or other proprietary notices from the Game.
Remove, disable, circumvent, or interfere with any copy protection, rights management, anti-cheat, or security features in or protecting the Game.
5.3. AutoVRse reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game (in whole or in part) at any time, with or without notice. AutoVRse shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
6. USER CONDUCT AND COMMUNITY STANDARDS
GRO is a shared multiplayer space. Every player has the right to enjoy the Service in a safe, welcoming, and respectful environment. You agree to abide by the following conduct standards, whether interacting through voice chat, text chat, in-game actions, avatar or farm customisation, User Content, or any other means within or connected to the Service (including Outside Platforms when such conduct relates to GRO).
6.1. You shall treat all other users with dignity, respect, and courtesy at all times.
6.2. You shall not engage in, promote, encourage, facilitate, or incite any form of:
Harassment, bullying, intimidation, or targeted abuse of any player.
Threats of physical or emotional violence or harm, including telling or encouraging other players to harm themselves.
Stalking, following, or persistent unwanted contact, including continuing to contact or interact with a player who has blocked, muted, or otherwise indicated they do not wish to communicate with you.
Doxxing — sharing, threatening to share, or soliciting any other player's real-world personal information (including but not limited to real name, home address, phone number, email address, photographs, school or workplace, financial information, or social media accounts) without that player's explicit consent.
Sexual harassment, including unwanted sexual advances, solicitation, sexually suggestive behaviour, or the promotion or sharing of non-consensual intimate imagery.
Impersonation of another player, a moderator, a developer, a member of the AutoVRse team, or any other person or entity.
Trolling, griefing, or deliberately disruptive behaviour intended to ruin, degrade, or interfere with another player's gameplay experience, including but not limited to spawn-camping, deliberate exploitation of game mechanics to trap or harm other players, or persistent intentional disruption of multiplayer sessions.
Scamming, fraud, deception, or social engineering directed at other players.
Discrimination or hate speech as described in Section 7 below.
6.3. Your conduct on Outside Platforms (including Discord servers, social media, or streaming platforms) in connection with the Service is subject to these Terms. While off-platform disputes should generally be addressed through that platform's own tools, AutoVRse may consider relevant off-platform behaviour — particularly hate speech, threats, or harmful conduct toward minors — supported by credible and verifiable evidence, when determining appropriate enforcement action.
7. ANTI-DISCRIMINATION AND ANTI-HARASSMENT POLICY
7.1. You agree not to engage in, promote, encourage, or facilitate any language, behaviour, iconography, symbols, avatars, farm names, or other content that attacks, demeans, dehumanises, or discriminates against any individual or group on the basis of, including but not limited to:
Race or colour
Ethnicity or national origin
Caste, tribe, or indigenous status
Religion, religious belief, or lack thereof
Sex or biological characteristics
Gender identity or gender expression
Sexual orientation
Age
Disability — whether physical, mental, sensory, cognitive, or developmental
Medical condition or health status
Body size, weight, or physical appearance
Socioeconomic status or class
Immigration or citizenship status
Veteran or military status
Marital, familial, or parental status
Pregnancy or reproductive status
Language or linguistic background
Political opinion or affiliation, except where such expression constitutes incitement to violence or hatred
Any other characteristic protected under applicable law in any jurisdiction
7.2. This list is illustrative, not exhaustive. AutoVRse reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether conduct constitutes discrimination or harassment.
7.3. "Roleplay", "jokes", "irony", "historical significance," or similar justifications are not valid excuses for discriminatory language, symbols, or behaviour.
7.4. Hate symbols, extremist iconography, slurs (whether explicit or coded), and propaganda promoting bigotry, supremacism, othering, or dehumanisation are strictly prohibited in all forms within the Service.
8. CONTENT RESTRICTIONS
8.1. You agree not to create, submit, upload, transmit, display, or distribute any User Content through the Service that:
Contains or promotes violence, gore, self-harm, or suicide.
Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or obscene.
Depicts, promotes, or facilitates the use of illegal drugs, controlled substances, or regulated activities.
Is harmful to minors in any way.
Infringes, misappropriates, or violates any third-party intellectual property rights, rights of publicity, or rights of privacy.
Is unlawful, defamatory, libellous, fraudulent, deceptive, or intentionally misleading.
Glorifies, promotes, or incites violence, terrorism, or extremism.
Contains malware, viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or any other harmful or malicious code or software.
Constitutes spam, unsolicited advertising, promotional material, junk mail, chain letters, or pyramid schemes.
8.2. AutoVRse reserves the right to review, moderate, remove, or disable access to any User Content at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms.
9. GAMEPLAY INTEGRITY
9.1. You agree not to:
Use, develop, distribute, or make use of cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, mods, exploits, unauthorised overlays, or any other unauthorised software, scripts, tools, or methods designed to gain an unfair advantage, evade enforcement, or interfere with gameplay integrity, moderation, or anti-cheat systems.
Exploit, abuse, or take advantage of any bug, glitch, or unintended game behaviour. If you discover a bug, you must report it through official channels rather than exploiting it.
Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the servers, networks, or infrastructure connected to the Service.
Attempt to hack, probe, test the vulnerability of, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or any system or network connected to it.
Use software or automated agents to produce multiple accounts or to manipulate gameplay outcomes.
Evade, disable, interfere with, or circumvent any moderation, safety, or anti-cheat tools or systems used in connection with the Service.
9.2. You agree not to engage in any conduct that undermines the economic integrity of the Game, including but not limited to:
Real-money trading or gambling of in-game items, currency, or accounts outside of official AutoVRse channels.
Scamming, fraud, or misleading trade practices involving Digital Items.
Exploitation of economic bugs, duplication exploits, or currency manipulation.
10. VIRTUAL CURRENCY AND DIGITAL ITEMS
10.1. The Game may include virtual currencies, virtual items, resources, cosmetics, or services available for acquisition or purchase in connection with the Game (collectively, "Digital Items").
10.2. Licence, Not Ownership. You do not own any Digital Items. When you acquire Digital Items, you receive a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them within the Game. Any balance of Digital Items does not reflect any stored monetary value.
10.3. No Real-World Value. Digital Items have no equivalent value in real-world currency, cryptocurrency, or any other form of currency, whether real or virtual. Digital Items are not redeemable for real money, do not earn interest, and do not constitute property.
10.4. Non-Transferability. Digital Items are linked to your account and cannot be transferred, traded, sold, or gifted to another player or to a third party, except through mechanisms expressly provided for this purpose within the Game.
10.5. Final Sales. All purchases of Digital Items are final. Refunds for Digital Items may be subject to the refund policies of the applicable platform (e.g., Meta Horizon Store) through which the purchase was made. AutoVRse does not independently process refunds for Digital Items.
10.6. Right to Modify. AutoVRse reserves the right to manage, control, regulate, modify, rebalance, change, or remove any Digital Items at any time, with or without notice, and without any liability to you. This includes the right to revise pricing for Digital Items at any time.
10.7. Forfeiture on Account Termination. If your account is suspended or terminated for any reason (including violation of these Terms), you will forfeit all Digital Items associated with your account. AutoVRse will not provide any refund, compensation, or restitution for forfeited Digital Items.
10.8. Purchase Restrictions. In-app purchases of Digital Items may require the purchasing account holder to be 18 years of age or older, or to have verifiable parental or guardian consent, in accordance with applicable jurisdictional law and platform policies.
10.9. Purchases of Digital Items are processed by the applicable platform marketplace (e.g., Meta Horizon Store) and are governed by that platform's terms of sale. AutoVRse is not responsible for payment processing, billing disputes, or platform-specific transaction issues.
11. USER CONTENT
11.1. "User Content" includes any content of any kind that you submit to, create within, or transmit through the Service, including but not limited to voice chat, text chat, farm names, avatar customisations, gameplay clips, screenshots, recorded footage, livestream content, feedback, and any communications on Outside Platforms in connection with the Service.
11.2. Licence Grant. By submitting User Content, you grant to AutoVRse an irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, fully paid-up licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, prepare derivative works of, incorporate into other works, and otherwise exploit your User Content, in whole or in part, in any format or medium now known or later developed, solely for the purposes of operating, promoting, and improving the Service.
11.3. Representations. By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:
You have all rights, licences, and permissions necessary to grant the licence in Section 11.2.
Your User Content does not infringe, misappropriate, or violate any third-party intellectual property rights, rights of publicity, or rights of privacy.
Your User Content complies with these Terms, including the User Conduct standards in Sections 6 through 9.
Your User Content is not false, misleading, defamatory, or unlawful.
11.4. You acknowledge that AutoVRse and its service providers may use automated tools and human review to moderate, detect, flag, or take action on User Content.
11.5. AutoVRse does not claim ownership of your User Content. However, you acknowledge that by submitting User Content, you have no expectation of privacy with respect to such content within the Service.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
12.1. AutoVRse and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including but not limited to all software, code, graphics, artwork, textures, models, animations, sounds, music, gameplay mechanics, virtual environments, virtual items, trade secrets, and other intellectual property therein (collectively, "Company Content").
12.2. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, loan, or create derivative works based on Company Content, in whole or in part, without AutoVRse's prior written permission.
12.3. "GRO", "Farmlands", “AutoVRse”, “autovrse”, “gro vr”, “Gro VR”, the GRO logo, the AutoVRse logo and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of AutoVRse or its affiliates. You may not use such marks without prior written permission.
12.4. Copyright Complaints. AutoVRse respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any content within the Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice to gamesupport@autovrse.in containing: (a) a description of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (b) a description of the infringing material and its location within the Service; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement of good faith belief that use is not authorised; and (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner. AutoVRse may remove infringing material and may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
13.1. AutoVRse reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of these Terms and to take appropriate enforcement action, in its sole discretion, including but not limited to:
Issuing verbal or written warnings.
Muting or restricting a player's communication capabilities.
Temporary suspension of account access for a defined period.
Permanent suspension or termination of account access.
Forfeiture of all Digital Items and virtual currency balances.
Removal or modification of User Content.
Reporting of illegal activity to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
13.2. The severity of enforcement action will be proportionate to the nature and severity of the violation, taking into account factors including but not limited to: the player's history of violations, the impact on other players, and whether the conduct was intentional or repeated.
13.3. These rules are not exhaustive. AutoVRse reserves the right to suspend or take action against any player whose behaviour disrupts the Service or negatively impacts the community, even if such behaviour does not fall squarely within a specific rule above.
13.4. AutoVRse may use automated systems, anti-cheat software, voice and text moderation tools, gameplay integrity monitoring, and human review to detect, investigate, and enforce against suspected violations. You acknowledge and consent to such monitoring as a condition of using the Service.
13.5. Appeal Process. If you believe an enforcement action was taken against your account in error, you may submit an appeal by contacting gamesupport@autovrse.in within thirty (30) days of the action. Appeals will be reviewed by the AutoVRse team. AutoVRse's decision on any appeal shall be final.
14. REPORTING AND FEEDBACK
14.1. If you encounter a player who is violating these Terms, please use the in-game reporting tools to report them. If in-game tools are unavailable, reports may be submitted to gamesupport@autovrse.in or to the Server / Community Administrators on the official Discord Server of the Game.
14.2. Clear, detailed reports through official channels help AutoVRse address issues efficiently and fairly. Please include relevant information such as the offending player's username, a description of the conduct, and any available evidence (screenshots, recordings, etc.).
14.3. False Reporting. Submitting false reports, abusing reporting channels, repeatedly filing frivolous reports, or attempting to manipulate moderation outcomes is itself a violation of these Terms and may result in enforcement action against the reporting player's account.
14.4. Feedback. If you provide AutoVRse with any feedback, ideas, suggestions, or comments regarding the Service, you hereby assign to AutoVRse all rights in such feedback and agree that AutoVRse may use, disclose, reproduce, and exploit such feedback without restriction or obligation to you.
14.5. Directly messaging developers or AutoVRse staff members to report players, request updates, ask for special treatment, or inquire about release dates is not permitted. Please use official announcements and community channels for information.
15. PRIVACY POLICY
15.1. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://grogame.com/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and your rights regarding that information.
15.2. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
15.4. For privacy-related inquiries, please contact our Privacy Officer at privacy.game@autovrse.in.
16. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND PLATFORMS
16.1. The Service operates on and may interoperate with third-party platforms and services, including but not limited to Meta Quest, Meta Horizon Store, PlayFab, Microsoft Azure, Photon, Discord, and other services used for hosting, networking, moderation, voice chat, analytics, payments, or related functionality.
16.2. Your use of such third-party services may be subject to separate terms, conditions, licences, and privacy policies between you and the applicable third-party provider. AutoVRse is not responsible for the content, policies, functionality, availability, or practices of any third-party service.
16.3. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the mandatory terms of the applicable platform (e.g., Meta), the platform's mandatory terms shall control solely to the extent of that conflict on that platform.
16.4. AutoVRse does not endorse and is not liable for any third-party content, products, or services accessed through the Service.
17. DISCLAIMERS
17.1. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED TO YOU ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, AUTOVRSE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
17.2. AUTOVRSE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
17.3. AUTOVRSE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT ANY THIRD-PARTY SERVICE, PLATFORM INTEGRATION, MODERATION TOOL, ANTI-CHEAT TOOL, CLOUD SERVICE, OR VOICE COMMUNICATION SERVICE WILL BE AVAILABLE, ERROR-FREE, COMPATIBLE WITH YOUR DEVICE, OR FREE FROM LOSS, DELAY, OR INACCURACY.
17.4. YOU ASSUME ALL RISKS RELATING TO YOUR ONLINE AND OFFLINE COMMUNICATIONS AND INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS OF THE SERVICE. AUTOVRSE DOES NOT SCREEN OR INQUIRE INTO THE BACKGROUND OF USERS AND MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES AS TO THE CONDUCT OF ANY USER.
18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
18.1. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AUTOVRSE, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, LICENSORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, COST OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES, OR COMPUTER OR DEVICE FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF AUTOVRSE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
18.2. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AUTOVRSE'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE ACTUALLY PAID TO AUTOVRSE FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM; OR (B) ONE HUNDRED INDIAN RUPEES (₹100).
18.3. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
19. INDEMNIFICATION
19.1. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AutoVRse and its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, licensors, and affiliates from and against any and all losses, damages, liabilities, deficiencies, claims, actions, judgments, settlements, interest, awards, penalties, fines, costs, or expenses of whatever kind (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:
Your use or misuse of the Service.
Your User Content.
Your violation of these Terms.
Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
Any dispute between you and another user of the Service.
20. TERMINATION
20.1. These Terms are effective from the date you first access or use the Service and continue until terminated.
20.2. AutoVRse may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, at its sole discretion, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, violation of applicable law, fraudulent or illegal activity, conduct that poses a security risk, extended inactivity, or at AutoVRse's sole discretion for any other reason.
20.3. Upon termination:
Your right to access and use the Service terminates immediately.
You must immediately cease all use of the Service and delete all copies of the Game from your devices.
All Digital Items and virtual currency balances associated with your account are permanently forfeited. No refund, compensation, or restitution will be provided.
20.4. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination.
20.5. The following sections shall survive termination of these Terms: Sections 2 (Definitions), 5.2 (Restrictions), 7 (Anti-Discrimination), 10 (Digital Items — to the extent relevant to forfeiture), 11.2 (User Content Licence), 12 (Intellectual Property), 17 (Disclaimers), 18 (Limitation of Liability), 19 (Indemnification), 21 (Dispute Resolution and Governing Law), and 23 (General Provisions).
21. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW
21.1. Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
21.2. Jurisdiction. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bengaluru (Karnataka), India.
21.3. Informal Resolution. Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact AutoVRse at gamesupport@autovrse.in and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for a period of at least thirty (30) days. Most concerns can be resolved informally.
21.4. Waiver of Class Action. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative proceeding.
21.5. Limitation Period. Any cause of action or claim you may have arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues. Otherwise, such cause of action or claim is permanently barred.
22. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
22.1. AutoVRse reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
22.2. Material changes to these Terms will take effect thirty (30) days after AutoVRse provides notice of such changes through one or more of the following means:
An in-game notification or prompt requiring re-acceptance of the updated Terms.
A notice posted on the GRO website (https://grogame.com).
An email to the address associated with your account (where available).
22.3. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
22.4. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and delete the Game from your device.
23. GENERAL PROVISIONS
23.1. Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy (available at https://grogame.com/privacy-policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and AutoVRse with respect to the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, or representations.
23.2. Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
23.3. Waiver. No failure or delay by AutoVRse in exercising any right, power, or remedy under these Terms shall operate as a waiver thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise preclude any other or further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right.
23.4. Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without AutoVRse's prior written consent. AutoVRse may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
23.5. Electronic Communications. You consent to receive communications from AutoVRse in electronic form, including in-game notifications, website postings, and emails. You agree that all communications provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
23.6. Export Compliance. The Game may be subject to export control laws and regulations, including those of India and the United States. You agree to comply with all applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations and agree not to access the Service from any jurisdiction where doing so would be prohibited.
23.7. Force Majeure. AutoVRse shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, government actions, internet or telecommunications failures, power outages, or cyberattacks.
23.8. No Third-Party Beneficiaries. These Terms are for the sole benefit of you and AutoVRse and do not create any third-party beneficiary rights.
23.9. Language. These Terms may be made available in languages other than English. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
